Employers that are are asking folks to travel on their behalf have a responsibility to those employees to make sure that they're safe and that they're knowledgeable about the location they're traveling to. And God forbid there is an incident that the company has programs and processes of partners in place to assist those employees with reasonable level of care to make sure that they're well taken care of and kept safe. I think it's important that anybody that goes into a location has good situational awareness. What's the political climate now in that particular country? What's going on in that particular city? You can have a country that's relatively stable, but in a particular city or section of a city, for whatever reason, there's a lot of energy, going on at that place, and you wanna make sure your employee knew that so that he or she could avoid that area. What are the medical facilities like and their capabilities in country? Does that employee have a pre existing medical condition where if something happened, they would need some specialized care. That employee would want to know that that care is or is not available in the location they're traveling to so that there could be a plan developed accordingly for them to make sure that in the event of an emergency, that they were gonna be well taken care of.
