Guest Shannon Jenkins, M.Ed. is the Coordinator of Mental Health at Thompson School District in Loveland, Colorado. Previously she worked at Keller ISD in Keller, TX, where she served as the Coordinator of Elementary Counseling for five years and an elementary school counselor for twenty years. She is a fierce advocate for school counseling and mental health support for students. In her current position, she assists with crisis intervention and working with community resources. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies at Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
