4 Things You Need to See and Do at PROCESS EXPO 2019

PROCESS EXPO 2019 is back to take over the food and beverage industry by storm! The event is held October 8–11, 2019 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.

PROCESS EXPO is the nation’s largest trade show dedicated to bringing the latest technology and integrated solutions to all segments of the food and beverage processing and packaging industry. Processors get to interact with the innovative technology on the show floor, where food processing and packaging experts demonstrate their machines and products. Both veterans and those new to food and beverage processing and packaging get training on food safety, trends, leadership, and more. We’ll be on the ground at the event and can’t wait to see and do these 4 things:

1. Visit the Innovations Showcase

Suppliers from all sectors are entering the challenge to showcase their new products and services. During PROCESS EXPO 2019, attendees will watch pitch presentations and vote on a “People’s Choice” Award while several industry leaders vote on finalists and winners for each industry sector.

2. Check Out the Food Industry Technician Certification Program Announcement

The Food Processing Suppliers Association’s (FPSA) will announce the initiation of Food Industry Technician Certification Program (FIT) classes being launched with Lincoln Technical Institute offering instructional training and education for prospective food and beverage industry technicians. The FIT program will offer standardized training that will provide future industry technicians with the skill sets necessary for working with the increasingly complex equipment being used in the food industry with the goal of having FIT graduates gainfully employed within the industry.

3. Participate in the Defeat Hunger Program

There are three ways to participate in the campaign:

  1. Onsite:  Bring your groceries with you or include them with your booth shipment to PROCESS EXPO 2019. Send donations to:

February 8, 2026

With the rapid rise of AI workloads, data centers are being built with higher power density, stricter reliability expectations, and cooling technologies that are evolving faster than most teams can adapt. As a result, these facilities aren’t just getting bigger—they’re becoming harder to operate, harder to staff, and far less forgiving when something goes…
