German Dairy Growth Strategy

The process of adopting new methodologies to grow a business is not unique to sophisticated tech, internet or manufacturing companies, and a perfect example of this is the dairy industry.

In Germany, Bechtel is a private dairy established in 1908. Production capacity continues to increase, and in early 2018 they began using new filling machines produced by SIG, a world leader in food and beverage package technology.

The new equipment provides Bechtel with convenience and differentiation in containers that create more marketing options for company products. For example, containers can be produced in different volumes, and also provide customers with more useful tray packaging formations built on SIG’s customized line configurations.

As in any business, the way forward is to think creatively and explore new technologies that advance a company’s business model. This is exactly what Bechtel is doing.
