He founded and led RND Automation, Florida's largest custom automation, robotics, and packaging machinery manufacturer, for 18 years until its sale to Saw Mill Capital in 2020. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer of CAS Holdings, the parent company of RND Automation and two other automation companies, where he oversaw all engineering, technology, and IT functions.
