Employee Spotlight: Zachary Bender
We’re excited to introduce Zachary Bender, an acceptance and risk manager at Align Data Centers. Zachary’s journey started with six years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear electronics technician. Afterward, he ventured into the data center industry with a large hyperscaler, gaining experience as an operator and technician. His pursuit of more challenges led him to Align Data Centers, where he found a collaborative and supportive work environment.
A standout achievement for Zachary at Aligned has been updating and improving the change management policy for construction and operations projects across the Phoenix sites. He values staying up-to-date with industry developments, relying mainly on LinkedIn for timely information.
Beyond his professional life, Zachary has a passion for photography. While landscapes are his preference, he has also captured moments at concerts, weddings, and various events. His journey from the U.S. Navy to the data center industry showcases his commitment to growth and tackling new challenges. His dedication to improving policies and pursuing creative hobbies makes him a valuable asset at Align Data Centers.
