Why ServiceNow Believes the Future of Work Requires Distributed Trust

Attico sat down with Zenobia Godschalk, SVP Communications at Hedera, and colleague Elisha Harrington, Senior Director, Chief Innovation Office at ServiceNow, to discuss how they help enterprises accomplish their goals with advanced technology and out-of-the-box thinking. This enables businesses to focus on creating new products and services.
“We’re really helping customers take an outside-in view,” Harrington said. “We’re looking at what is the emerging technology? What are some of the data trends in the industry? We are thinking more outside the box of how customers can reimagine their value chains. How they can innovate their core operations.”
Furthermore, Harrington is a self-proclaimed evangelist in utilizing industry and academic research to understand how industries are evolving and adapting while identifying future-forward solutions to business challenges.
One example of this is helping customers understand how they can take an enterprise-wide perspective to transition to cleaner sources of energy to reduce the negative impact of business activities on the environment. And to understand that, to truly create a more sustainable culture, they need to look throughout the entire enterprise ecosystem from supply chains to partners to providers and more to effectively accomplish their goals.
