Sharing libraries with teams follows a similar process. By clicking the plus sign next to Team libraries, users can create a new library, name it, and invite team members to join. Once the library is created, fonts can be added to it. However, permission to create team libraries must be granted by the administrator beforehand.

To share fonts with individuals outside of the team, the Connect Fonts for output feature can be used. Users can collect a font or group of fonts into a folder by right-clicking the library or set and selecting “collect for output.” Connect will provide notification on where the collected fonts are sent, allowing users to transport them to the intended recipients.

Simply create a personal library, name it, and add some fonts. Your personal library will be automatically synchronized to the cloud and all of your fonts available on any computer. Sharing libraries across your team works in a similar way. Let's create Click the plus sign next to the Team libraries. Name your library. In fight your users, and then create. Once completed, add fonts to the new library. Note, before you start, your administrator will need to give you permission to create team libraries. That's it. All your invited users can quickly access the fonts in their new shared library. Need to share fonts with others outside of your team? No problem. Using the connect fonts for output feature allows you to collect a font or group of fonts to a folder so that you can share with others needing these necessary Simply right click your library or set, choose collect for output. Connect will notify you where they're sent, and now you're ready to transport them to the intended parties.
