As 2019 comes to a close, there will be plenty of lists ranking the best of any given category. The business world is no exception.

Typically these results are determined through a panel of those ‘in the know’ or a subjective survey.

Now artificial intelligence is playing a role in ending the traditional survey and research model. Front Office Sports’ ranking of the ‘Best Employers in Sports‘ was conducted with Yrdstck. The latter is a firm that uses AI to remove bias in surveys.

Yrdstck Vice President of Business Development Brian Sullivan joined MarketScale Mornings to explain more about the methodology behind Front Office Sports’ survey. He also explained how AI is analyzing dialogue on social media and providing an unbiased look at people’s feelings.
