Watch: Montana To Take Charge In The Battle Vs The Fcc
21 states filed a legal challenge to the FCC’s FCC’s decision to kill net neutrality, calling it an “arbitrary, capricious and an abuse of discretion.” The Governor of Montana, Steve Bullock, said that Montana will only sign contracts with ISPs who retain net neutrality. Since the presidential change-over last year, the FCC has had a Republican majority on its board and they pushed through the vote to kill net neutrality. The US Democratic Party said they needed only one more vote in the Senate to overrule the FCC decision. Now the stage is set for a States v DC battle.
