Transforming Globe Life Park for the XFL’s Dallas Renegades
For 25 years, Globe Life Park was the home of the Texas Rangers, experiencing two runs to the World Series, a perfect game thrown by Kenny Rogers, and an All-Star game in 1995.
But now, it’s entering into a new chapter. Beginning in 2020, the Dallas Renegades of the XFL will call Globe Life Park home. The stadium has undergone a transformation to get it ready for football, losing the baseball diamond and adding the gridiron.
To get some context around the renovations and learn more about the preparations for the inaugural season for the Renegades, we spoke to team president, Grady Raskin.
We ask Grady some of the burning questions we have before the XFL officially kicks off this weekend.
