The Ins and Outs of Running a Food Truck

Food trucks have exploded in popularity in recent years, with the number of businesses in the food truck industry growing an average of 12.8% a year between 2014 and 2019.

She went on to say that she believes food trucks are portrayed as easy to get into it, but it’s more difficult than that and requires commitment.

Hear her thoughts on renting vs. owning a truck and whether or not cities are making it easier for food trucks to operate in this excerpt from Business Casual with Daniel Litwin and Tyler Kern.
