Ready to Rent an LED Video Display? Here’s What You Need to Know.

Whether you are staging an elaborate set design, looking for a scoreboard for your stadium, or looking to implement any number of LED video wall applications, there are a few things to consider.

It may be helpful to start by asking yourself a series of questions:

Will my LED video wall be inside or outside? How big does my LED wall need to be? Where exactly will my LED video wall be located? When do I need my LED display? How often do I need my LED display? Where will my audience be? How big do I expect my audience to be? What will I be displaying on my LED video wall? What kind of resolution am I expecting/wanting?

Answer these questions and you are off to a good start.

Can’t answer all of these questions?

No problem. Neoti is here to help you through the decision-making process to create the perfect display.

Display Implementation Tips

If you need an outside display, you really can’t go wrong with one of Neoti’s very popular Nomads. Whether inside or outside, there are many other elements you will need to take into consideration. Will the LED be mounted on a stage? Will it be necessary to “fly” the video wall, will it be freestanding, or will it be against a wall? Neoti can walk you through the various options while keeping your budget in mind.

As for when you need your LED display, Neoti has several readily available products allowing for very quick turnaround time (even, at times for last-minute orders). However, if you want to be sure you get exactly what you want and need to create the ideal display, the earlier you order, the better.

Finding The Right Pixel Pitch

Knowing what you’re going to display and where your audience will be—as in, how far your audience will be from your display—will affect what kind of pixel pitch you will want to have. The closer the audience, the smaller the pixel pitch should be. The more pixels per square inch, the clearer the image will be. If the audience will be far away, it may be worth the savings to have a wider pixel pitch because at a distance the difference in resolution is not noticable to the human eye. The closer the audience is, the clearer you will want your images to be. Also, simple logos and minimal text may not require tight pixel picth, while complicated graphics or HD video may require HD screens.

Rest Assured Knowing You Have the Right LED Product for the Job

Regardless of what your LED display needs may be, Neoti is there to help you find the right display to create the right video wall production. Whether indoors or out, mounted on a stage, freestanding, or against a wall—or even if you want to “fly” the video wall—there are a variety of solutions that can help you realize your dreams. Logos and HD videos can both find the right LED displays when you are working with and renting from the right company.
