San Jose Turns to Digital Billboards: Business Casual

San Jose, Calif. wasn’t happy with the state of the billboards around the city. Many of them were in poor condition, detracting from the overall appearance and aesthetic of the downtown area.

What was their solution? The city decided to begin installing electronic billboards and digital signage throughout downtown. The signs should be installed and ready to go by next year. City officials are optimistic that this will be a positive change for the city.

“We are in the heart of Silicon Valley, you would expect us to have the most up-to-date billboards,” San Jose Councilmember Raul Peralez told Fox 2 KTVU. Hear what Daniel Litwin and Tyler Kern think about this potential development on Business Casual.
