Lamborghini Adds Connectivity

In a press release on Vodafone’s website, beginning in 2019, Lamborghini owners will be able to access the world’s largest Internet of Things (IoT) network, and will enjoy unrivalled connectivity in over 190 countries to improve their journey experience.

Vodafone’s Global Director of IoT, Stefano Gastaut, said, “This is a great example of how two leaders in their respective fields can come together to create something which can really change the experience for customers and help to improve the service from the company.”

The collaboration will support the infotainment experience for sports car owners and introduce worldwide connectivity for state-of-the-art mechanical technology.

“The connected car revolution is an exciting field. At Lamborghini we are committed to create a cutting-edge experience for our owners and to ensure them access to the greatest technologies,” says Lamborghini’s Head of Connected Car, Nicola Porciani. “This project with Vodafone will make us sure to keep our tradition of innovation and excellence.”
