Shyft is an app that helps hourly workers swap shifts, message each other, and access their calendars on their mobile devices. We build technology with the goal of making lives better for millions of shift workers around the world. It is our goal to create a world with a 100% reduction in absenteeism where no shift is ever missed again. We work with employers to help design a mobile strategy to engage today’s Gen Z & Millennial workers.
