Bryce Betteridge is an innovative technology executive with demonstrated ability to create products to drive profitable revenue. With 40 years experience in production and technology management in a variety of industries, he is focused on creating value and opportunity from emerging technologies. Presently, Betteridge serves as CEO of SATECH, Inc. and has facilitated significant revenue growth for the company in recent years.
Restarting the Company from zero in 2001, he has effectively lead the company, expanded its intellectual property, and created innovative solutions to become a leader in anti-fatigue flooring and matting applications and injury prevention solutions for the elderly. He led the company through the 2008-2010 down turn achieving rapid company growth in the years that have followed.
Under his direction the company won a competitive bid to provide the SmartCells advanced cushioning technology for a world-class, ethics-approved clinical trial for the study of compliant flooring in senior living applications. Numerous scholarly papers have been published in recent years on the SmartCells structure and additional articles are planned on its effectiveness at reducing serious fall-related injuries.
Betteridge also led the development of the miniaturization of the SmartCells cushioning structure to create a new line of impact absorbing insoles called ZELUS insoles that have been enthusiastically received by the market place. Prior to his work at SATECH, Betteridge was VP of Communications at Simulation Sciences and SKYVA International, and VP of Marketing at 100% Software Solutions, following a 13-year career in manufacturing engineering, process development and application marketing at IBM.
