Ed Hirs is a leading energy economist and energy markets specialist.
He is Managing Partner for Hillhouse Resources, LLC, an independent E&P company developing onshore conventional oil and gas discoveries on the Texas Gulf Coast. • Crude Oil Imports and National Security

He has been interviewed by Forbes, The Houston Chronicle, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business News, NPR, and national networks ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox.
Prior to joining DJ Resources, Ed was a corporate finance professional, management consultant and investment banker.
