Istation Bilingual PD Specialist Istation
Within the first five years of graduation, many educators are moving on to other careers. My passion is to build, support and retain effective educators ultimately impacting their students. My experience ranges from Early Childhood in Texas to national school support (Pre-K through 12). I have helped educators and educational leaders identify and understand skills and processes that has changed their school culture, supported their school goals and moved students. My experience with school support includes coaching, data driven and relevant professional development that builds campus wide instructional capacity based on teacher and student need. I enjoy sharing what has worked with students in social emotional development, literacy and best practices to support educators. Each person learns differently as well as have a variety of needs, so trainings include various learning styles, relevant topics and current best practices.
