Patrick Kennedy was appointed in 2016 by the Dallas City Council to represent Dallas on the DART Board of Directors.

Kennedy focuses on the nexus between movement infrastructure, urban design, and real estate to create lasting value and meaningful, timeless places.

He is also a member of the Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute and a board member with Congress for the New Urbanism. He was previously president of the Congress.
