Why Your Online Learning Strategy Isn’t Engaging

In today’s ever-changing professional landscape there is no time to stop learning. Technology continues to shift and jobs are redefined every day.

However, continuing education does not require a textbook or even a test. Today, close to 80 percent of companies have invested in some form of online education. Those that are creating engaging content to enhance their learning courses are seeing benefits not only within their employees but their customers as well. Some studies show the return on investment at more than 200 percent.

JW Marshall, Online Learning Consultant at MarketScale, discussed what a quality online learning solution looks like in practice, how continuing education has evolved in the past few years and why it is no longer lagging behind the academic world’s online presence.

On this episode of MarketScale Mornings, hosts Daniel Litwin and Geoffrey Short also break down some of the most interesting facts from Black Friday and Cyber Monday and what the stats say about the retail industry.

Bringing thought leadership to your morning routine, MarketScale Mornings will keep you informed with industry experts on the latest trends, events and news in B2B.
