McDonald has decided to invest in technology that will give their customers the “Experience of the Future”. The company has invested in self-ordering kiosks, curbside pick-up and ordering via app in hopes to create a fast and convenient customer experience.

McDonald’s CEO Steve Easterbrook said, “Customers tell us that we are now simply enhancing their McDonald’s experience by being more attentive to their needs and serving hotter and fresher food.” With their recent updates helping meet customers needs, McDonald’s is finding ways to make fast-food fell even faster.
