Watch: The Kraft Heinz Company Is Giving Startup Brands a Boost

Heinz is using their experience as a global leader in the food and beverage space to shape the future of food. The Springboard Incubator was designed to help nurture, scale and accelerate the growth of disruptive brands. Kraft Heinz revealed the first brands it’s working with– five startups they will guide through its inaugural Springboard Incubator Program class. The first round includes egg-white chips, avocado-based sauces, antioxidant lemonade, fermented kraut and South-African biltong & droëwors.

Startups will participate in a dynamic program composed of learning, funding, infrastructure access. Hundreds of applications were carefully reviewed to select authentic propositions and inspired founders within one of the four pillars shaping the future of food: Natural & Organic, Specialty & Craft, Health & Performance, and Experiential brands,” said Sergio Eleuterio, General Manager, Springboard Brands
