However, their efforts can all be dashed in an instant by outside forces that infiltrate that process using malware. Tal Rotman, Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Namogoo, calls this customer journey hijacking and he says it happens more often than you might thing.

As the market share for e-commerce continues to grow, the necessity for retailers to successfully navigate the online landscape for retailers has increased, as well.
