When I graduated with a BFA from UGA, I never envisioned my part-time college job at Macy’s men’s store would lead to a career working for and with consumer brands. My longevity with consumer-facing industries is a testimony to its appeal: Evolutionary, Revolutionary, Complex, and Relatable to everyone. We are all consumers, and now more than ever we have immense power to choose how and when to shop through mobile technologies.
I develop client strategy to deliver sales results activating brick & mortar environments to provide continuous engagement across digital touch points in physical space. Through effective media strategy, my clients realize full potential of branding and promotional objectives. As the customer journey now often begins and ends with a mobile device, a fully realized Customer Experience must incorporate a frictionless transition from digital to physical and back again. I help clients solve for gaps in omni-channel strategies to provide a cohesive experience tailored to customer audiences for each touch-point.
