We have a warm culture that keeps our team engaged through coaching, developing and organizational planning, all of which I play a large role in implementing. Recently I’ve been part of a new training program that coaches our business development managers to serve more in a consultative capacity rather than simply selling. In this way Boon Edam can provide a more holistic approach to a customer’s entrance and security needs while helping them to determine the solution that works best for them. We care about success, not selling. Accomplishing this objective requires listening, and I see it as an opportunity to provide the best possible customer service and overall experience. My objective is to be understanding and open-minded, and to offer unique solutions beyond what many prospects expect.
