Director, Marketing & Business Development Bartell Machinery Systems
In January of 2018, Shawn Lawlor was elevated from his most recent role as manager of sales and marketing for the Wire and Cable business unit to the new role of director of marketing and new business development, becoming a member of the Bartell leadership team.
In this role, Lawlor is responsible for leading Bartell’s strategic branding, marketing and communications efforts with a focus on growing brand equity while maximizing the effectiveness and influence of customer, partner, and employee touch points. His role also includes efforts to expand customer relationships and foster opportunities in additional markets.
Lawlor has accumulated more than 14 years of experience in various sales and marketing disciplines and holds a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Marist College, and a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to joining Bartell, Lawlor held other sales and marketing management positions with UTC Aerospace Systems (now Collins Aerospace, A United Technologies Company) and Fiber Instrument Sales Inc.
