The Second Step in the ‘ADDIE’ Process – Design

Welcome back to the Online Learning Minute at Marketscale. Today we’re going to explore the second step in the ADDIE process: the Design phase.

During this stage, we delve further into the learning objectives and begin working on the assessment instruments. We also start talking about the exercises that are going to be in the course, from learning activities, presentations, storyboards for content, and begin prototyping or outlining the course as a whole.

As instructional designers, we’ll make sure the outline can accomplish everything you need to with the course and aligns with your overall curriculum strategy.

That was your Online Learning Minute at Marketscale. Tune in next episode where we talk about the Development phase on the ADDIE process.
