MarketScale Launching First Season of Andre Natera Cooking Show

DALLAS, Texas – MarketScale, a leading B2B media company, is launching the first season of “Run the Pass with Chef Andre” featuring executive chef Andre Natera this summer.

“Run the Pass with Chef Andre” features Natera in his element, hosting a series of food and beverage industry superstars each month to discuss the business side of the industry as they prepare a new dish.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, a Mentor BKB member and a member of the World Master Chef Society, Natera labels his unique style as fresh, simple and approachable, and driven by Mother Nature.

The end result speaks for itself, as Natera was recognized as one of the 10 best chefs in Dallas in both 2011 and 2012. Natera currently serves as the executive chef of the Fairmont Austin Hotel, the largest luxury hotel in Texas.

Topics for the first season of “Run the Pass with Chef Andre” include adopting and leveraging new technologies, supply chain management, agility in changing to a delivery-oriented kitchen, attracting and retaining top talent, general best practices and more.

On the premier episode, Natera goes on a “restaurant walk” to visit with the most well-known names in the restaurant industry in Austin including L’Oca d’Oro and Foreign & Domestic to discuss how they have shifted their business models to accommodate for curbside and delivery in recent months.

The guest list for the first season is a who’s-who of industry leaders, including Made In Cookware Co-Founder and President Jake Kalick, Food Related Founder and CEO Luciano Ciociari, Austin Food and Wine Alliance Executive Director Mariam Parker, and Giant Noise Executive Vice President Courtney Knittel.

And that’s just the beginning.

Natera’s new venture is aimed at providing an interesting and engaging look at the state of the food, beverage and restaurant industry, giving viewers unique insights from those who know it best.

Natera is uniquely positioned to bring these experts together over one stove, where he can pick their brains, share knowledge and the experiences he’s gathered over the course of his illustrious career and, lastly, create a stunning meal.

Food is a tremendous unifier, and Natera is committed to using that power to bring a valuable insider look to audiences across the world.
