3 Trends That Pro AV Marketers Cannot Ignore

The Pro AV industry is ever-evolving. As companies launch new products or services, they must continue to evolve with both industry and marketing trends. Education and efficiency are crucial to maximizing the return on products or services.

MarketScale spoke with company Director, Strategic Partnerships Brandon Pfluger about what tools Pro AV companies can leverage to better themselves. Pfluger provided three trends that he sees Pro AV brands utilize.

1. Podcasts

We’re seeing more and more Pro AV companies join the podcasting movement and setting up their own channels. It’s an awesome way for businesses to build on current partner relationships and nurture prospective clients by providing an incredible experience to share their thought leadership together.

Pro AV customers want a more on-demand experience. The podcast provides that, and allows for the customer to consume quick and digestible forms of content. Allowing your sales or marketing team an outlet to speak with their customers in a more educational and conversational way is proving extremely beneficial. These teams are also building more trust in the process by sharing their knowledge and expertise.

2. 3D Videos

We’re more frequently seeing 3D video utilized to showcase new products, new product features, and product abilities. By creating high quality 3D video content for your products, you’re now able to show your market your new innovations versus just telling them about it. Not to mention it looks fantastic and people love to interact with it. Try looping some 3D video at your next big trade show.

3. Chatbots

Having a chatbot on your website is revolutionizing the way your customers and visitors interact with your website and engage with sales. By creating strategic pathways, marketers are now able to help connect, qualify, and direct the visitors to the right content on the website.

More importantly they can get an appointment set up with the right sales rep without having to wait 24, 48 or 72 hours like most ‘contact us’ forms require. The result? Quicker and warmer engagement with the visitor, and more appointments for sales.
