Why You Want to Work at Presco

While many companies look at positions as just job,. Presco commits to providing careers for its workforce. The Marking Minute host Daniel Litwin chatted with Kelly Brown, HR Representative, to learn more.

“We have a wide variety of different positions, from entry-level to sales and administrative,” Brown said.

The inclusive and welcoming culture of the company comes with a variety of benefits, as Brown explained. “We have excellent medical, where those that participate in wellness screenings pay no premium. We also have an on-site clinic available to employees.”

Along with these important offerings, the company also offers 401K matching and ongoing learning and training opportunities. “We want this to be your last best place to work,” Brown noted.

Relating to culture, Brown remarked that the company wants its staff to “want to come to work.” The HR vision is to maintain this engagement, which leads to longer retention. “The longer we have employees, the better our product is. They can expand their knowledge and move up.”

In her four years at Presco, she’s seen some necessary adaptations in workforce relations. These include changing the payroll system to be friendlier for employees and provide them a better understanding.

Brown also mentioned that the company currently has job openings in several areas, including the marking products division, printer operators and material handlers.
