There are more ways to reach consumers today than ever before in retail. Sometimes though, this many options can actually make it hard for businesses to reach their customers.

At RetailX in Chicago, industry professionals are learning skills to increase their digital and physical retail presence with the hopes of creating customers for life. Educational panels are critical to this education.

Lionesque Group CEO and Founder Melissa Gonzalez moderated a panel discussion yesterday titled, “Living in a Phygital World as a Digital Native”. The conversation was participated in by Molly Bellar, Creative Director, Stella & Dot; Stephen Kuhl, CEO & Founder, Burrow; and Haviv Zahav, Founding Team & Head of Brands, SHOWFIELDS.

“The audience was introduced to a curated group of fast growing digital brands that have unlocked ‘super consumers’ by bridging their online business with the physical world,” Gonzalez wrote. “We discussed their customer-centric approach to brick-and-mortar retail, the HALO effect and how we see the future of retail for direct-to-consumer brands.”

The panel discussion was part of GlobalShop’s Pop-Up Talks program, which is free to attend. The program runs through Thursday, June 27.
