Consumers have more shopping options available today than ever before. Not only in the amount of retailers to choose from, but how they discover, research and purchase.

In 2019, perhaps nothing has made a bigger impact on retail than the smartphone. Consumers continue to interact with their favorite brands from anywhere in the world, and in turn these brands have made a point to make the smartphone shopping experience seamless.
